UK BPA CONFERENCE 2026

We were proud to sponsor the UK's inaugural BPA Conference 2026, which took place at Cranfield University.

It was an inspiring day of presentations and plenty of opportunities to connect with practitioners, academics and individuals who share our passion for BPA.

The diverse programme included an insightful presentation from our friend, Gillian Leak, who shared her experiences of reviewing BPA from historic case records and her presentation of evidence to the Privy Council. Followed closely by a thought-provoking update from Vasiliki Pasalidi-Chantzi on her research, supervised by Jo, into 'Explainable deep learning in BPA classification'.

Thank you to everyone that popped by to say hello and chat about training pathways and how we can help to adavnce their BPA skills. We are looking forward to putting those plans into action over the next few months.

Congratulations to all of the conference delegates who won a Spatter/ED goodie bags in our hourly free prize draw, thanks to the team for working their socks off during the day and finally thanks to everyone that 'pawsed' for a moment to take a selfie with their favourite BPA Dog (although I stayed at home eating biscuits, I was there in spirit!).

We enjoyed every minute and we can't wait to do it all again next year!
